I led design for Affirm Money, a new financial product built to unlock everyday spending with the Affirm Card. This was Affirm’s first real debit experience, and I owned it end-to-end—from 0→1 product design through launch. I worked across product, engineering, and design leadership to define strategy, build belief, and ship. My scope included the core Money tab, onboarding, direct deposit, and the integration between Affirm Money and the Card—two products not originally built to work together.
The product launched with strong signals: higher activation, deeper engagement, and new credit access behavior. I also led post-launch iterations that doubled deposit setup and improved conversion on key flows. This work proved Affirm could grow beyond credit and laid the foundation for a new category of products.
