I’m currently co-leading design for a company-wide initiative to evolve the Affirm app experience. My focus has been on high-impact experience hot spots that cut across product surfaces and teams, and are top of mind for leadership. I work across design, product, and design systems partners to identify gaps, map dependencies, and drive clarity in areas where ownership is unclear. I also collaborate with the design systems team to ensure system-level updates support these experience priorities without introducing new fragmentation.
The work is still in progress and not yet publicly launched. To respect confidentiality, I’ve omitted in-product visuals, but I’m happy to share more about the process, structure, and role I’ve played in conversation. My contribution focuses on connecting work across teams, shaping experience direction, and guiding change at both the surface and system level.
